Why a dead simple HTML blog in 2026? Because I've seen too many blogs die when their static site generator stopped being maintained. Too many hours lost to configuration files, build pipelines, and framework updates.

This blog is different:

• No build step
• No dependencies
• No config files
• Just HTML that will work forever

AI-Friendly by Design

The structure is predictable. The conventions are documented in the README. Any AI can generate a new post, update the index, and maintain consistency. The README is the config.
